if you can just see at the system requirement tab, it says that gtx 970/rx 470 and 16gb ram needed, gtx 970 has more tdp than 1650, and with those 8gb ram, I dont think it will run.
the performance of the gtx 1650 and gtx 970 is pretty similar, but ur ram is not enough
