For Everyone …
Make sure you’re not connected to the internet when installing.
In the option’s menu after install … do not connect to internet.
When installing … make sure all Mods are removed. When installation is complete … put them back. Enable Mods and Scripts in the option’s menu.
Use Better Exceptions to find bad or corrupt files.
It may take a bunch of times depending on the amount of mods.
It is a great program that shows problem mods as well as duplicates.
If you follow the basic installation … all is good.
Removing old/bad/corrupt files is the hard part but once they’re gone … the game runs perfectly.

apparently, my save game that causing the double world (chestnut ridge), I already reinstalling the game without internet and mods, after I copy my save file to my document and start the game still without internet the chestnut ridge still appears twice.
delete everything (backup your saved games somewhere else)
do clean install, see if it’s still has double
if not then paste the saved game and load it, then look again, see if there’s still a double this time
oh thank god the update can be downloaded separately
